I hope your week is off to a good start.
We had a fabulous turnout for worship on Sunday! It was a special joy to see you all, but seeing Aimee and DJ work together to snuff out the candles before the benediction was such fun! Thanks to Aimee for showing DJ the way. Isn't that what Church is about?
The elements of our worship are all symbolic. Everything we have in our worship space and everything we do there should point the way to the Good News of God with us and God for us.
Our Life Together
After a big and busy start to the week with Green Chile Gals, Session Meeting and PW on Saturday, we might take a sign of relief and settle in for the rest of this month. The Summer season is called "Ordinary Time" in our church worship calendar, and it is signified by the color green. It is a time for us to learn and grow in faith.
This week:
Today yoga is at noon. Please come! If you know you're not able to make it, please let me know before 11 whether we have enough to make a group. 575-708-0860. Thanks!
Tomorrow at 9:00AM. Exercise, Eat and Pray meets in the exercise room off the kitchen.
