Dear Friends in Christ,
The Lord be with You!
Please don't forget that on Sunday, March 7th, we will have officer elections for Elder, Deacon and Treasurer. We need every member's vote, so please come. If you need a copy of the Annual Report, I will be happy to get it to you, or please check my email to you last week.
Please note that financial matters will not be discussed at this meeting. We will bring the Treasurer's Report and 2021 Budget to you separately.
Additionally, if you wish to be nominated for an office, please speak to another church member and ask that he or she nominate you during the meeting when I call for additional nominations.
That's enough meeting stuff. How is the Lenten season going for you?
Bread for the Journey - The first Communion Sunday will be March 7th. Deacon Theresa Goldston has volunteered to set up Communion this Sunday. Musicians and readers needed for Holy Week! Sunday, March 28th begins Holy Week with Palm Sunday. Thursday, April 1st is Maundy Thursday and April 4th is Easter! If you have special skills at music, reading, a little dramatic interpretation and would like to help with worship on those holy days, please get word to me and I will add you to the calendar. Let's do it up right this year, since 2020 was kind of a bust for everyone. Thank you in advance, Friends!
Brothers and Sisters in Christ, I hope that your week goes along well. Looking forward to seeing you around town and in Church.
Blessings and Hugs,
Rev. Amy
