Greetings to you in the name of Jesus Christ!
We had a grand day of worship on Sunday! We ordained and installed your new leaders of the church. Richard Randals is now one of your Ruling Elders and Theresa Goldston is one of your Deacons. Please pray for their ministry and thank God for their service.
This weekend is a big and busy one for us! Presbyterian Women will be hosting the Vintage High Tea. If you are fretting over whether you actually own any "vintage" clothing, stop it right there! Just come on over anyway! The party starts at 2:00PM. Entrance Fee is $20 per person or $35 per couple.
Tonight, the Elders have their monthly Session meeting at 5:30PM. An Agenda will be shared later today.
Rotary Lobster Dinner Fundraiser: Don't forget that next month, the Rotary Club is hosting their second annual Lobster Dinner to support the Rotary Club scholarship program. Marjorie McKenzie and I are selling tickets. Let us know soon if you want to buy some! The dinner is on Saturday, March 9th.
Speaking of Dinner... This Sunday is our Potluck Sunday again! Bring a dish to share and don't forget to invite a friend along for holy table fellowship.
Presidents' Day Quilting Class: Friends, take note that our Fellowship Hall will be in use on Monday, February 18th from 8:00AM to 5:00PM for private use. Ms. Lucy Nials will be hosting a quilting class in our Hall. If you must pop by the church, your are welcome, but please allow them quiet and space.
Yoga is cancelled today because of our preparations for Saturday. We will reconvene next Tuesday, February 19th at noon!
Prayer Requests:
McKenzie Family in their loss of Houston McKenzie's mother-in-law
Thanksgiving for Sharon's continuing improvement
The Birches in their health troubles
Members of our church who have health worries, or awaiting information

We're in for some fun this week. Don't forget to take a rest sometime in the midst of your busy life. "Come to me, all you heavy-laden, and I will give you rest." (Mt 11:28)
Blessings and peace,
Rev. Amy
