Greetings to you all in the name of Jesus our Savior! I hope that you all had a joyful and blessed Christmas.
Today we have a very good chance of snow showers. I hope that you get some precipitation at your house.
A big thank you to the many who helped make this Christmas special. From our talented music makers to the many who did special readings and lighting the Advent wreath, and those who could come and worship with us through the week of Christmas. There were handbells and harp, piano and singing. What better way to welcome the newborn King? (sermons are attached from all of the Christmas week worship services)
I imagine this week is for some of you kind of a quiet one. The week between Christmas and New Years always seems like a special time. If you are like me, it becomes a time of writing thank you notes and thinking about cleaning up the house (note "thinking about...").
And we will be forging on ahead. Soon, we will be having our next Session meeting, in preparation for the annual congregational meeting at the end of this month. I need to double check our calendar before announcing it.
Friends, do you have New Year's resolutions this year? Looking back on 2020, what do you feel like doing differently this year? (in church, in your own life, or both?)

Teresa Gallegos - severe leg pain/hoping for a procedure to help next week
Healthcare workers, teachers, first responders, all who are trying to fulfill their duties, while keeping family safe
Those who are sick or alone for the holidays
Travelers
Friends, we have been a little light on church attendance lately. Some of us have been sick, or just staying away for our own health reasons. This is perfectly understandable. If you have been missing getting an offering to the church, especially if you want to deduct it from your tax return this year, you still have time to get something to us. Please call me at 575-708-0860 to arrange a pick up of your offering, or you can send it to the church at:
