Greetings to you in the name of Jesus Christ.
What a lovely little snowfall we had yesterday. It stopped by about 9:00AM, didn't stick too much to the roads and we still were able to have church. 11 people came to worship and we 11 greatly enjoyed special music from Emily and Kenna.
It was a beautiful day.
Since our usual plans and activities have been affected by these unusual times, we are holding an extra service of worship for Christmastime. If you would please, share the below flyers to others you know, since word of mouth is the best way to refer others to our church.
I am nearly done finding musicians for our services, but will soon be asking some of you to do some readings for our Christmas services.
We take referrals! If you use Facebook, please like/follow our church page. I also ask that you invite others you know to "like" or "follow" our church Facebook page. It's right HERE.
Prayers:
Betty Ragan and her family
Jean Corey - clinic is so busy!
Robin Cherry's nephew's girlfriend, Emily and her family (with COVID)
Another family member of Robin's - Taylor, pregnant but going to lose baby

Susie Martinez - foot pain, needing a car, still
Sharon and Wayne - general health concerns
Friends, other than worship, we will continue to hold off on other church activities.
Yesterday's sermon had to do with improv and how maybe Mary was willing to improv with God, when she found out she would be with child. And the importance of having a playful attitude when God wants us to do something. Here is a link to a clip from the improv show: "Whose Line is it Anyway?" It is amazing what people can do when the unexpected is thrown at them!
May this week be kind to you! The Lord bless you and keep you till we meet again.
Hugs,
Rev. Amy
