Welcome to February!
Hard to believe we are already in the second month of the year. Don't forget to get your tickets to the Vintage High Tea Party on Saturday, February 16th at 2:00PM. I can sell you tickets, or just ask one of the women in our church. $20 per person or $35 for a couple.
At the recent January meeting, the Presbyterian Women voted for new officers. Please thank Julie Sursa for organizing the election and her contributions for the last two years in moderating PW. Sharon Huffman has agreed to serve again as secretary (Thank you, Sharon!). Julie will be Vice Moderator, Anna Lee Schuster has agreed to be Moderator and Theresa Goldston as Treasurer. Marjorie McKenzie has accepted the important position as Rummage Sale Boss! Thanks to all for your service. It is going to be a great year to get involved with PW!
Presbyterian Women has been an important part of our church's mission. They have been a part of our church for nearly as long as the church itself. They raise funds for mission projects and give us all opportunities to participate in their activities. PW will be highlighted on Sunday during the Time out for Teaching, as for the next few Sundays I plan on taking that time to highlight various mission projects of the church.
Please take note of what's happening round our church!
