This is a reminder to all of you and your friends to make sure and attend this Sunday. It's about to be Fathers' Day and we will be celebrating with a Potluck and Pie Auction. Please bring friends to church.
Potluck and Pie Auction!
This Sunday's Potluck will be an extra healthy one, in which you are asked to bring a fresh salad (of any kind: pasta, green, or some kind of meat). If you'd rather bring a dessert, then that's fine too. Sounds like a balanced diet to me! If you must have meat, please bring a burger or hot dog and Kenna can grill it up for you.
Also, at the potluck, we're auctioning off pies that YOU make. So we need your help to make one or two pies. That's where you and your friends come in to bid on the pies. If a pie is hard to make, then make a cobbler or something else yummy.
What's a Presbyterian?
Don't forget that I'm gathering names from those who are interested in a "What's a Presbyterian?" class. Those will be on Sundays for four weeks, starting July 12th through August 2nd, at either 9:30AM or 1:30PM. Please let me know what time will work for you. There is an excellent discussion of "What's a Presbyterian" through YouTube. We might use some of these videos.
