I have big hopes today that it will rain. Let's pray that those dark clouds over Tucumcari will not let us down!
Over the last couple of weeks, our worship attendance has been quite small. If you have been missing church lately, just know that we have been missing you too.
On a related note, I have been working with our Session on a short survey, which asks for your feedback on how you feel about our church. (what membership means, etc.) Please take some time to pray for our church, and how you can help it better serve God's purpose. That's a big question and I hope it will bring up lots and lots of great feedback.

Exercise, Eat and Pray meets MWF in the church at 10:00AM. Come and join in some light exercise, ending with some light refreshments and prayer.
Dutch Treat Dames meet tomorrow at noon! This time we'll meet at Kix on 66. Please note the new location.
This Sunday is Holy Communion Sunday. Hope you will share in a meal with our Lord Christ.
Friends, no matter where you are or who you are, God claims you as a child. This past Sunday, I spoke about the woman who had been bent over for 18 years, who Jesus freed, even though it was a Sabbath. It was not hard work for Jesus, but a pleasure. I hope this week you experience a similar freedom - the kind that makes you stand up and praise God!
